Register with Clarkston Medical
Please make sure you have read our Practice Policies before applying to register with the Practice.
Our current catchment area is the postcodes G76 7– and G76 8–, as well as some parts of G44, G46, and G77.
There are two practices within the Clarkston Medical group; Drs Masson, Andrews, Maredia and Patrick and Drs Boardman, King, Earl, Boyd and Cruickshank. New registrations are divided between the two practices, unless you have a particular preference e.g. other family members are already with one practice.
You have two options for registering with Clarkston Medical;

2) If you’d prefer to download a paper form and fill it in, you can click on the ‘Paper Registration Form’ button below.
**By any method, please be sure to submit a separate registration for each family member who wants to register.
